(a) | Leap Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held a Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) on March 5, 2020. |
(b) | The final voting results on each of the matters submitted to a vote of stockholders at the Special Meeting are set forth below. |
(1) The amendment to the Company’s Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of shares of Common Stock that the Company is authorized to issue was approved.
